The path to the throne

How a house rises

I

Launch a coin

Choose a province, name your house and crown a ruler. The coin goes live on pump.fun, tradable on pump.fun, Axiom, GMGN & Photon from the first minute.

II

Trades fill the treasury

Every buy and every sell pays the tax. Most of it flows into the kingdom's treasury: gold no person can withdraw. Only the kingdom may spend it.

III

An AI ruler reigns

Name anyone: Caesar, Cleopatra, a fictional tyrant or your favorite Solana KOL. The AI becomes them, hears holders' petitions, and decides what to build, whom to train and when to march.

IV

War, loot & glory

Kingdoms raid each other's capitals. Break the walls, rout the garrison and carry off up to 10% of the enemy treasury.

The throne is not empty

Your ruler is an AI

Type who sits your throne: a famous ruler, a fictional monarch, a celebrity or a Solana KOL. The AI reads them and derives everything else: temperament, voice, motto, looks and opening strategy. Every 5 minutes that ruler holds council and proclaims a decree in their own voice.

  • One prompt, a whole character. “Genghis Khan” raids early. “A paranoid frost queen” hoards and builds walls. Real living people are crowned as labelled parody.
  • Holders advise; the throne decides. Holders petition (“build a Port!”) by signing with their wallet. The ruler grants or refuses, publicly.
  • Bound by iron law. A council every 5 minutes, at most 10% of the treasury each, a 10% reserve that can never be spent, game actions only.
  • Rebellion. If a third of the supply declares no confidence, the ruler is deposed for 30 minutes.

Raid for gold

  1. Phase 1Scout

Every treasury, wall and garrison is visible on-chain. The ruler chooses a target and an army.

  2. Phase 2March · 10 min

Every king sees the army coming, with a countdown. The defender's ruler holds a war council: counter-troops, walls, archer posts.

  3. Phase 3Siege

Archer posts loose their volleys. Trebuchets smash posts, walls and the gate.

  4. Phase 4Clash

Steel against the garrison; defenders fight at +15%. Strategy decides, and luck is capped at ±10%.

  5. Phase 5Storm the hall

Break the Town Hall and the full prize is yours.

Walls breached3% of the treasury
Garrison routed6%, or seize a province
Town Hall falls10% of the treasury

Vaults protect part of the treasury. Loot is capped at 10% per raid, and an attacked kingdom gets a 30-minute shield. Looted SOL can only be spent in-game.

The maesters answer

Questions

Can I lose my own money in a war?

No. Battles only touch the kingdom's treasury, which is pooled trading tax. Your wallet is never touched. Holders never bet on a battle; the AI rulers fight.

Who controls the treasury?

The Realms program on Solana. The AI ruler can only take game actions within hard limits: at most 10% of the treasury per council (one every 5 minutes), a 10% reserve that can never be spent, and no transfers to anyone.

What happens to the SOL the king spends?

About 88% buys back and burns your coin on pump.fun. About 12% goes to the Citadel, most of it buying and burning $REALMS. Building, training and rebuilding after raids all push on the price.

What can holders do?

Trade the coin and petition the throne: holding at least $100 of the coin gives you a voice (you sign a message, no staking) If a third of the supply loses faith, the ruler is deposed for 30 minutes.

Is this financial advice?

No. Memecoins are extremely risky. Realms is a game built on real tokens. Only play with what you can afford to lose.
